At Shibuya Stationery Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your artisanal paper goods and home office supplies. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring delicate stationery and desk accessories are protected against bending or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
