How long does international shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. International shipping from our Tokyo hub generally takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

What is your return policy for delicate paper goods?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the delicate nature of washi paper and fountain pen inks, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
